Contact-Free Curbside Pickup

Bloomingdale's is offering Contact-Free Curbside Pickup at select stores!

For your safety & comfort, you can now shop online and receive orders at select store locations from your car, contact-free. The following locations are currently offering curbside pickup:


Daily, 11am – 5pm:

How do I place an order?
The order process is the same as for our In-Store Pickup. Once you are notified that your order is ready, you can decide whether you want to pick up curbside from your car, or from inside the store if local regulations permit.

When can I pick up my Curbside Order?
Place an order online before 12pm local time and your order will be available the same day, usually within 3 hours! Orders placed after 12pm will be available the following business day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with information on the exact curbside pickup location.

What if I can't pick up my order on the same day?
No problem! We will hold your order for 7 business days- no further action needed except to call us when you arrive at the store for curbside service—or if your store is open, you can choose to come inside to pick it up. If your last day to pick up is on a weekend, please pick up your order by the Friday before the weekend.

Can I drop off my returns at a Curbside Pickup location?
Unfortunately we are unable to process returns at curbside at this time.

To make a return:
  • If the store is fully open for indoor shopping, you may bring your returns inside to be processed
  • If the store is closed and you want to return an item purchased in store, please call Customer Service at 800-777-0000 to request a return label
  • If the store is closed and you want to return an item purchased online, please visit Easy Returns online to request a return label
