How do I manage my Bloomingdale’s Gift Card?
  • Bloomingdale’s Gift Cards can be purchased at any Bloomingdale’s store or online at bloomingdales.com. Reloading gift cards can only be done in store. Gift cards purchases do not apply toward promotional offers.

  • We make it simple to check your gift card balance. Online, Click Here to check the balance on your Bloomingdales gift card.

    You may also call to check your balance at 800-511-2752.

  • Bloomingdale’s Gift Cards ship free via USPS and can't be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If they are sent via Premium Shipping, tracking information through UPS Next Day will be included.

  • Bloomingdale’s Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Bloomingdale’s store or online at bloomingdales.com.

    For in-store redemption, present your gift card to a Store Colleague when you're ready to check out.

    For online desktop and mobile redemption:

    • Select Apply Gift Cards at Checkout
    • Enter the 15-digit gift card number as it appears on the back of your card into the Card Number field and enter the 3 or 4-digit security number with no spaces into the CID field (you may need to remove the tab on the back of the card to reveal the security number)
    • After entering the characters shown, select the Apply Gift Card button
    • Your order confirmation email will display the redeemed gift cards as an EGC in the payment methods section
    • All gift cards must be submitted before entering a credit card. Up to five gift cards may be applied toward one order. If you have more than five gift cards to apply, call Customer Service at 800-777-0000 for assistance.
  • Lets check a few things first:

    • All gift cards must be submitted before entering a credit card.
    • Verify the gift card has available funds loaded
    • Furniture & Mattress orders; gift card application must be done by your Sales Associate
    • Maximum of five gift cards can be applied to one order
    • If you are trying to use a third party gift card it must be added in the credit card field

  • In order to return a Bloomingdale’s Gift Card:

    • The full value must still be on the card
    • Take your Gift Card and receipt to a Bloomingdale’s near you and see a Store Colleague to receive your refund
    • The full amount of the gift card will be credited to the buyer’s original form of payment
    • If the Gift Card was purchased using a Bloomingdale’s Credit Card, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed. If it was purchased using a third-party credit card, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
  • If your card is lost, provide a proof of purchase and we will issue you a new card valued at the current recorded balance.

    For your protection, counterfeit detection devices are in use at Bloomingdale’s.

    This card is redeemable only for merchandise and in-store services at Bloomingdale’s, Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store and bloomingdales.com (US only); it may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied as payment or credit to any credit card account. Bloomingdale’s reserves the right to not honor cards obtained from unauthorized sellers, including internet auction sites. Protect this card: you are responsible if it is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records. This card is issued by Bloomingdale’s, LLC and is required for all inquiries.

    Bloomingdale’s, Credit Card sold on or after 2.8.08 do not expire!

    No fees are imposed.

    No more than $2.000.00 may be loaded onto a gift card in a single date (including purchasing additional value and/or adding returns to a gift card).
